You could say Neil was born into the building industry! As the son of a property developer, he quite literally grew up on building sites, surrounded by bricklayers, roofers, scaffolders and tradespeople of all kinds.

That early exposure developed into a lifelong connection with the trades. Over the years, Neil has worked alongside tradespeople, UK Sector Skills Councils and apprenticeship training providers, gaining a real understanding of the skills, qualifications and experience that make a successful career.

Beyond the construction industry, Neil has spent more than 20 years coaching, mentoring and supporting people as they build their careers, develop their businesses and take on new opportunities.

Neil brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to TEA, helping skilled tradespeople recognise their potential and take confident steps towards an exciting future in Australia.

Rich knows a thing or two about taking the leap and building a new life overseas — because he's done it himself!

Having spent around a decade living and working in Australia and New Zealand, Rich understands first-hand the excitement, opportunities and challenges that come with making such a big move.

His career has taken him across international recruitment, education, training and immigration, including running his own recruitment business and working within the Australian and New Zealand immigration sectors.

Since returning to the UK, Rich has also built extensive experience in property investment, development and financial services, including more than 15 years managing his own property portfolio and working in mortgage and financial advice.

For Rich, Trades Emigration Australia brings together his international experience, entrepreneurial background and genuine enthusiasm for helping people create new opportunities overseas.
